Caregiver (Full-Time)

About the Role

Join a compassionate caregiving team that supports older adults with everyday needs while providing companionship, kindness, and a reassuring presence in the comfort of their homes. This daytime position serves clients throughout Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Seattle, and surrounding areas. Caregivers who enjoy connecting with clients and feel at ease around pets are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Offer warm companionship and genuine connection through conversation and encouragement.
• Support clients with personal care, meals, daily routines, and light household tasks.
• Help keep each home safe, tidy, and welcoming.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, and community outings.
• Deliver individualized care that promotes comfort, confidence, and independence.
• Encourage clients’ well‑being and independence while providing dependable support.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle; willingness to drive clients.
• CNA or HCA certification (required).
• Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).
• Availability for day shift and short shifts.

Pay

Hourly rate of $23‑$25 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Payments are issued weekly.

Schedule

Flexible daytime hours of 4‑8 hours per shift, with weekend shifts also available. Positions include day shift and short shift options.
