Caregiver - FT (3pm-11pm)
Caregiver Responsibilities
Afford assistance to residents with performing various activities, administering basic treatments, and addressing emotional health or problematic behavioral issues as outlined in their care plans.
Contribute to the creation and modification of care plans by sharing insights on current resident needs and preferences, alongside effective service methods with supervisors.
Monitor and report any resident concerns to the Licensed Practical Nurse (if available), or the Medication Technician/Aide.
Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions, as well as team meetings, as directed by the Wellness Director.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Show proficiency in communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ensure compliance with all necessary certifications and meet any health-related requirements set by the state or province.
