Caregiver (Day Shift)

About the role

Merrill Gardens at Sheldon Park is currently seeking Caregivers to join our vibrant community. We are a family-owned business committed to providing exceptional care and creating meaningful connections with our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience necessary as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement throughout the workday.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position will vary based on qualifications, experience, education/additional licensure, and other objective factors. Hiring at the maximum is not typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.

Shifts available: Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
