Caring Places Management is seeking a Day Shift Caregiver for their Hearthside Manor community in University Place, WA. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in a homelike environment.
- Assist with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the living spaces.
- Monitor and record resident health and behavior.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds routinely.
- Prior caregiving experience or experience in an assisted living setting is preferred but not required.
