Caregiver (Day Shift)

Merrill Gardens at Sheldon Park is currently seeking Caregivers to join our vibrant community. We are a family-owned business committed to providing exceptional care to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience necessary as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay

The pay range for this position will vary based on qualifications, experience, education, additional licensure, and other objective factors. Hiring at the maximum is not typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

Schedule

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
