Caregiver / CNA - PRN

Interim HealthCare is hiring Caregivers / CNAs to help expand our service territory in Easley, SC. These positions start PRN with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and increase hours as client needs and territory grow — offering flexibility now while building toward a more consistent schedule over time. Pay
$15.00 – $16.00 per hour based on experience and licensing.
Schedule
PRN shifts with opportunities to increase hours as we grow. Flexible scheduling with same-day pay available via Tapcheck or weekly direct deposit.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
- Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
- Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy — like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
- Flexible availability and willingness to pick up shifts as needed
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
