Caregiver CNA/PCA - Reliable Vehicle & Driving Required

About the role

At HomeWell Care Services Tulsa, we believe caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We are a locally owned, home care company bringing a fresh, values-driven approach to the Tulsa market. We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to drive clients to and from appointments and errands. You will work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Transportation for appointments and errands
• Companionship
• Light cooking and housekeeping
• Bathing, grooming and toileting assistance
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA preferred; or 6 months of full-time / 12 months of part-time work caring for seniors or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
