Your Role Reside in the client’s home during your agreed-upon rotation to provide vital daily care, safety, and engagement. Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene) Supporting mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises Preparing nutritious meals and encouraging hydration Providing medication reminders and light housekeeping Driving clients to medical appointments, errands, and outings Offering warm companionship and following individualized care plans Completing daily mobile documentation and tracking break/sleep periods Qualifications Driving Requirement (Mandatory): Active driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle you own, and current auto insurance in your name Active Rhode Island CNA license (RI only) CNA (any U.S. state), HHA, recognized caregiver training, or completion of ASQ’s PCA program (CT only) High school diploma or GED Basic technology skills for mobile documentation Ability to work rotations independently and pass background/health checks Who Thrives at ASQ Integrity: Maintains strict confidentiality and records prompt, accurate daily documentation. Understanding Live-In Structure Each 24-hour day includes 13 paid working hours, 3 unpaid break hours, and 8 unpaid sleep hours.
