Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home
• Completing all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Supplying personal companionship, actively engaging with clients and their families
• Aiding in personal care activities such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Performing administrative tasks including documentation of task completion and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
