Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (Activities of Daily Living - ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship and active engagement with clients and their families
• Aid in personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and feeding/meal preparation
• Document task completion and report changes in client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
