Caregiver / CNA / GNA – Baltimore and Howard County, Baltimore City ($16–$19/hr)

Serving Baltimore and Howard County, Baltimore City, Senior Helpers of Baltimore & Central Maryland is Maryland's first and only CHAP Age-Friendly Care at Home Certified home care agency. We provide exceptional, evidence-based care that helps older adults live safely and independently at home.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Helping with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing medication reminders
• Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observing and reporting changes in clients' condition
• Completing simple visit documentation

Requirements

• Previous caregiving, CNA, GNA, or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass all required background screenings
• Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance
