Caregiver - All Shifts! (Hot Springs Village)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• 1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
• Available for 16+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (8 AM - 10 PM)
• Weekend availability preferred but not required
• Night shifts (8p-8a) available
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
• Valid Driver’s License, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Attend certification and orientation session at our Hot Springs office

Benefits

• $11.25-16.25/hr - Bi-monthly (2x/month) & direct deposit
• Holidays shift rate at 1.5x your base rate

• Pay range: $11.25-16.25/hr
• Shifts available: 8 AM - 10 PM, weekends, and nights (8p-8a)
