About the Role

Are you considering a rewarding and flexible position where you can give back? Visiting Angels is currently hiring Caregivers in the Plymouth, Meredith, and Lakes Region areas. No experience is necessary, and we offer a comprehensive training program including a mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Offer light housekeeping
• Prepare meals
• Provide personal care assistance
• Take clients to medical appointments
• Offer companionship
• Provide respite care

Requirements

• Reliability and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience a plus
• LNA/CNA experience a plus but not required
• Comfortable using a smartphone for clocking in/out and documentation
• References and background checks will be performed

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with individuals who may have dementia or Alzheimer's
• Experience with hands-on caregiving is preferred but not required

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility to work various shifts including day, evening, and overnight
