We are seeking passionate educators for our MEPN program who are committed to innovative teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality nursing education programs
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance educational experiences
• Evaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum
• Participate in departmental and university committees
• Mentor students and provide feedback on their progress

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license
• Experience in clinical practice and/or teaching
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing or related field preferred
• Experience in higher education and/or academic administration
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in nursing education

Skills

• Excellent teaching and instructional design skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
