Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality nursing education programs
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance educational experiences
- Evaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum
- Participate in departmental and university committees
- Mentor students and provide feedback on their progress
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license
- Experience in clinical practice and/or teaching
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Nursing or related field preferred
- Experience in higher education and/or academic administration
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in nursing education
Skills
- Excellent teaching and instructional design skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
