About the role
We are seeking passionate nurses for our integrative health BSN program who are committed to innovative teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, innovative nursing curricula
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student learning experiences
- Participate in curriculum development and assessment
- Evaluate teaching effectiveness and provide feedback to students and colleagues
- Engage in professional development activities to maintain currency in nursing practice and education
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in teaching and/or educational leadership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to adapt to change and new technologies
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools
