About the role
We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications professional to join our team in San Diego. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems to ensure seamless connectivity and communication for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecommunications equipment and networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice, data, and video solutions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal staff.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with VoIP, PBX, fiber optics, and wireless communication systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Experience with industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment.
