About the role
We are a fourth-generation family-owned company that has grown to be one of the largest lumber and millwork producers in the United States. Our more than 6,000 employees are proud to work at our state-of-the-art sawmills and other facilities, including: manufacturing, custom wood-framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, forestry, and other operations. Currently, we are seeking a qualified Window and Door Service Technician to work collaboratively with our Windows Sales division in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels. This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders. Perform window and door installations. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Company will provide service van, tools, and training. Meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry/construction preferred, but not required
- We seek reliable, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required
- Class A license is a plus
- All applicants must be at least age 18
