Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and district administrators regarding program operations, student progress, and concerns.
- Manage program logistics, including attendance tracking, snack distribution, and supply inventory.
- Assist with program registration, enrollment, and billing processes as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student transitions between school and Adventure Club.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education, child development, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with school-age children in a childcare, education, or recreational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping, email communication, and program documentation.
