This role is part of the Allison Transmission and Allison Off-Highway Drive and Motion Systems business units, where our team focuses on improving how the world works.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the regional delivery of performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
  • Facilitate within the HCM system and connect regional activities to enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supports program enhancement by making recommendations for modifications based on talent data.
  • Supports business leaders with High Potential (HiPo) identification, leadership readiness evaluations, and critical role identification.
  • Assists with measuring and evaluating talent solutions at the regional level to drive global excellence.
  • Partners with the business and internal marketplace partners to identify regional talent for internal opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, psychology, human resources, management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of learning and development, human resources, talent management, or similar experience.
  • Experience including manufacturing, engineering, preferred.
  • Talent, Performance, and Succession Planning partnership experience required.
  • Ability to learn and use new software quickly.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong and productive relationships with a variety of people.
  • Experience in facilitating collaboration, support, and buy-in from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
