Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one career counseling to employees at all levels
- Design and deliver career development workshops
- Maintain and update career pathways
- Collaborate with leaders and HR to identify internal mobility opportunities
- Support talent pipeline initiatives
- Track and report career development metrics
- Analyze trends to improve programs
- Promote career resources
- Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in career counseling, workforce development, or similar HR/L&D roles
- Certification in career coaching or counseling preferred
