About the role
The Operations Leader Trainee position at White Cap is part of a comprehensive career development program designed to build trust and support the company's growth. This role offers rotational assignments across various business segments, providing hands-on training and exposure to different aspects of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Engage in on-the-job training and job shadowing to learn business systems and processes.
- Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training.
- Develop skills and knowledge to become a future operations leader.
- Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership, showcasing your capabilities and potential.
- Receive support from a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and process coaches.
- Gain exposure to Senior Leadership throughout the program.
Requirements
- Willing to relocate upon completion of the program.
- Able to start the program between March and June.
- Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Strong operations focus, including the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and lead or build teams.
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with team members and customers.
