What You Will Do Provide a variety of supports to determine a person's desire and ability to work competitively. What We Expect Of You The flexible, respectful individual we see is an innovative and quick thinker with these qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field —preferably supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.Some college education; bachelor's degree preferred.Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.Ability to obtain CPR/first aid certification—provided by St. Louis Arc at no cost.
