Career Consultant

12-Month Temporary Assignment Seeking an experienced Career Consultant to provide career coaching, case management, and workforce development services to individuals working toward long-term employment success. Responsibilities Provide individualized career coaching and employment planning.Assist participants with job readiness, career exploration, and training opportunities.Deliver case management services and maintain accurate participant records.Connect participants with community resources and supportive services.Monitor progress toward employment and program goals.Collaborate with community partners and service providers to support successful outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.2+ years of experience in workforce development, reentry services, criminal justice, employment services, case management, or a related field.Experience working with justice-involved individuals, returning citizens, or individuals facing barriers to employment strongly preferred.Knowledge of workforce development programs, community resources, and employment readiness strategies.Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.Ability to manage a caseload and meet program performance goals.
