Responsibilities

• Provides counseling, career assessment, career development, job coaching, and job development to individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
• Provides information on post-secondary educational opportunities, financial aid, and accommodations.
• Delivers educational support services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities, family members, colleges, and providers.
• Performs job development, job matching, coaching, and retention activities under the supervision of supervisory staff.
• Utilizes tools such as motivational interviewing, readiness assessment and development, IMR, WRAP, and CBT to result in better educational and employment outcomes.
• Employs the Choose-Get-Keep-and-Leave approach to services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Defensive Driving Class within 3 months of hire.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.82/Hr. to $34.36/Hr. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
