Care Team Manager

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Operate assigned home(s) in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Ensure home budgets and clinical effectiveness are met or exceeded as set by the company and/or customers.
• Safeguard and supervise assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing necessary training and support.
• Maintain and repair assigned home(s) and related systems, facilities, and furnishings.
• Assign and coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks for staff.
• Contact the Beacon maintenance department or direct supervisor for facility maintenance issues.
• Contract for approved services and evaluate the performance of contracted providers.

Clinical And Individuals Served Care Responsibilities

• Collaborate with direct supervisor and clinical team on individual health, safety, and stability improvements.
• Oversight of Individuals' activities and programs, aiming to enhance social, emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external clinical, medical, and regulatory agencies as required.
• Affirmatively schedule and maintain regular interaction with Individuals as per their person-centered plans.

Education & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of college coursework in business, social science, or a related human service discipline is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare fields is preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Approved by state, federal, and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
• Required to maintain industry-required trainings and TB screenings (for select markets).
