Job Summary
Aid in delivering patient care and maintaining unit environmental standards under the guidance of a licensed nurse. Serve as a liaison for patient and family needs.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Capabilities
- Clinical Competencies (Novice): Competent with moderate difficulty interventions, independent patient documentation, and environment of care maintenance.
- Planning & Organizing (Novice): Anticipates resource needs, schedules tasks, and prepares status reports.
Core Accountabilities
- Organizational Impact: Performs routine tasks impacting team performance.
- Problem Solving/Complexity of Work: Solves routine problems with some discretion.

Position Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
