Job Summary

Aid in delivering patient care and maintaining unit environmental standards under the guidance of a licensed nurse. Serve as a liaison for patient and family needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care
• Maintain unit environmental standards
• Communicate and educate patients and families
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and units

Technical Capabilities

• Clinical Competencies (Novice): Competent with moderate difficulty interventions, independent patient documentation, and environment of care maintenance.
• Planning & Organizing (Novice): Anticipates resource needs, schedules tasks, and prepares status reports.

Position Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
