Care Manager-CNA/CHHA (Part-Time)

About the Role

As a Care Manager at Monarch Communities, you will provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. Your role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring changes in residents' care needs, and updating their personal Resident Care Plan. You will also encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care services and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' care needs to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• Capability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and perform intermittent physical activity, including lifting and supporting residents.
• Must use proper body mechanics.

Schedule

Part-time schedules available:

• (7:00am-11:00am) - Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday / Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
• (7:00am-11:00am) - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday
• (7:00am-3:00pm) - Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday / Week 2: Saturday
• (3:00pm-11:00pm) - Week 1: Saturday / Week 2: Sunday
• (3:00pm-11:00pm) - Week 1: Monday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday
• (7:00pm-11:00pm) - Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• (7:00pm-11:00pm) - Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday / Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

Pay

$20.00 - $20.50 per hour.
