Care Manager-CNA/CHHA (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a CNA/HHA.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population; preferred dementia experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs; use proper body mechanics.

Pay

Salary range: $20.00‑$21.00 hourly.

Schedule

Full‑time schedule: 7:00 am‑3:00 pm. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
