Care Manager (CHHA & CNA) - Full Time

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is emphasized. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.
