Care Manager

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. This role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. The caregiver engages residents through conversation and activities, supports dining services, and maintains a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care settings, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
