About the role
The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care teams is vital.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
