About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and promote their safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Following individualized care plans and documenting changes
- Engaging residents through conversation and activities, including memory care support
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Effective communication with families and care team members
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
