About the role
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities is key, and you'll support dining services while maintaining a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
