Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting dignity, safety, and independence while building meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow individualized service plans
- Document changes
- Engage residents through conversation and activities
- Support dining services
- Maintain a clean environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, strong communication skills
