Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents through conversation and activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
