Care Manager

About the role

You'll spend your day on the phone with clients and entering information into our systems. It's a mix of outbound calling, gathering information, and keeping records accurate and current.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
• Strong attention to detail with data entry
• Comfortable with computers, Google Sheets, and web-based systems
• Professional, warm phone manner
• Bilingual Spanish a strong plus
• Healthcare, call center, or office experience helpful but not required — we'll train
