Care Manager

Role Overview The Lead Caregiver serves as a shift leader in senior care, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while supporting and coaching the caregiving team. They manage shift assignments, oversee attendance, and coordinate coverage to maintain smooth operations. The role involves providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), reviewing charting to align with Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and monitoring resident changes to communicate concerns promptly.
