Care Management Support Assistant Bilingual

The Care Management Support Assistant contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitating interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks.
• Works on routine and patterned assignments.
• Works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of Microsoft Office technical experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Administrative support experience in a healthcare industry
• Familiarity with care and well-being resources
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
• Microsoft Access proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Clinic Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
• Local travel may be required; Mileage is reimbursed
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year
• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance
