Overview
Aveanna Healthcare’s purpose is to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish. The Care Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible for building relationships with clients and caregivers, ensuring the highest level of care coordination and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicates staffing needs to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Sources, engages in employee referrals, attends job fairs, and manages the applicant tracking system for candidate management
- Schedules interviews and assists with the onboarding process
- Hires direct care team members and manages their performance
- Manages the patient/direct care team member schedule, performs pre-bill audits, and processes payroll
- Engages with clients and direct care team members, documents communications, and informs location directors of emergencies
- Navigates the EMR system and participates in on-call rotations
- Assists with incoming calls and completes location reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated and proven ability to deliver on expected results
- Proven track record of assuming additional responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years sales/service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven customer service experience
- Systematic approach to completing projects/tasks in a timely and organized manner
- Collaborative with team members and clients every day
- Experience solving problems and building relationships while navigating difficult situations
- Success in building relationships with a broad range of people
- Experience recruiting/hiring candidates
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
