About the role

We are seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team at Agape In Home Care. Our agency is committed to promoting our caregivers to higher roles within the company, including General Manager or partial ownership.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes
• Assist clients in getting ready
• Ride the Around the Shuttle with clients
• Provide support during medical appointments
• Accompany clients back home
• One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on ADLs
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Bonus pay for some holidays

Requirements

• Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA in Washington state
• Driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable car

Qualifications

• Advanced degree from another country that you wish to utilize
• Willingness to explore career advancement beyond caregiving

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others

Pay

• $22/hr if you have a valid CNA or HCA
• $20.76 if you don't
