Care Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Support client safety, emotional well-being, and daily recovery-focused care
• Monitor client progress, behavioral observations, and documentation while communicating changes to the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide 1:1 support and assist clients during moments of distress or crisis
• Support meal and snack supervision as part of recovery-focused treatment
• Transport clients to approved appointments or outings as needed

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
• Behavioral health experience preferred
• A current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Pay

$21 - $24/hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials

Saturday and Sunday 2:30pm - 11pm
