About the role
The Village at Mission is seeking a Lotus Nurse | Care Coordinator (RN/LPN) to join their team. Duties include training and educating team members, as well as managing the care of Lotus Guests.
Responsibilities
- Train and educate team members providing care to Lotus Guests (rapid recovery and rehabilitation)
- Manage the care of Lotus Guests
- Must have active, and in good standing, RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Must have immediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with EMR or EHR
- Extensive customer service experience required
- Prior experience in social services highly preferred
- Prior experience as an Intake Coordinator highly preferred
- Able to make independent decisions
- Must possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
- Leadership abilities and willingness to work with other team members required
- Maintain care and use of supplies and equipment
- Function independently and with personal integrity required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications
- Fire and passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Immediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with EMR or EHR
- Extensive customer service experience
- Prior experience in social services
- Prior experience as an Intake Coordinator
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
- Leadership abilities and willingness to work with other team members
