Key Responsibilities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage 50–60 client calls per day in a call center-style environment.
- Use our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to:
- Schedule appointments
- Process records requests
- Relay provider recommendations
- Provide high-level customer service and social support via phone and email.
- Support providers with daily tasks and care coordination.
- Review reports to ensure care and services are delivered efficiently.
- Maintain organization of client documents, emails, and meeting notes.
- Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with clients, coworkers, and providers.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- Able to multitask using multiple monitors, type while on calls, and avoid putting clients on hold.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Background in social work or healthcare strongly preferred (Master of Social Work ideal).
- Experience working in a medical or mental health office setting is a plus.
