Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist/PSR)

Overview

All Star Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join their team. The pay range is $17-$20 per hour. The position is located in San Jacinto, California 92583. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred to support the diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, process authorizations, and collect payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.
• Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic office and customer service skills are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong preference.
