As stated by CEO Evrett Benton, “Our supreme goal is to do and be the best in all we undertake, and to provide a Stellar life for our residents, their families and our employees.” The Care Coordinator works closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care, oversee operations, monitor resident health routines, oversee health care administration and staff management, and ensure staff follow health care guidelines. Responsibilities
- Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
- Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
- Create schedules and approve timecards
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
- Management/Leadership experience of at least 2 years
- Scheduling experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
