Care Assistant, PCA, Caregiver Needed in Pleasant Hill Home ASAP
We are seeking a person to serve a married couple in need of light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, and transportation in Pleasant Hill, Jackson County. This is a private in-home care position.
Responsibilities
- Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs.
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
Requirements
- Experience in caregiving or professionally
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must hold a valid Driver's License to help transport/run errands
- Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
