Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognizing and meeting the specific needs of residents.
• Socializing with residents and providing companionship.
• Assisting with a wide range of differing requirements, including personal care.
• Participating in a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
• Communicating with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Valid DBS check.
• Experience in a care setting preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about caregiving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First aid certification.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Pay

£13.25 per hour with a £500 welcome bonus.

Schedule

Full or part-time, 12-hour shifts. Day shifts of 08:00-20:00, to include alternative weekends.
