Requirements

• Direct experience required for some positions
• Comprehensive knowledge of trading cards and/or sports required for any role
• High school Diploma/GED desired
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Able to meet or exceed sales, guest service standards
• Comfortable working and speaking with the public
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs
• Clear understanding of retail metrics including key performance indicators

Qualifications
