Brief Description

CardVault by Tom Brady is seeking a passionate and dynamic Store Manager for their new location. Typical duties include:

• Directing all store operations
• Authenticating collectible trading cards
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Providing excellent sales service
• Building relationships with preferred patrons
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment
• Managing personnel and enforcing policies
• Handling cash and reconciling cash drawers
• Securing merchandise and minimizing shrinkage
• Coordinating with inventory management
• Answering and resolving patron complaints

Requirements

• A comprehensive knowledge of sports and/or trading cards
• Minimum of two years store manager experience in a similar environment
• High school Diploma/GED, with a college degree preferred
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and guest service standards
• Comfortable working with the public and proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Physical stamina to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
