About the role
As S.W. Collins Company continues to grow, we are looking for a talented, motivated individual to lead our winning team in Houlton. Individuals with retail management experience, vocational training in any trade, the "know-how" to conquer home repair projects, and/or who enjoy working with people are encouraged to apply. Our store managers work directly with our customers and pioneers to ensure we are fulfilling our company mission.
Responsibilities
- Interview and hire top talent from our communities
- Coach and develop pioneers within our company
- Foster a positive work environment centered around our company values
- Teach pioneers about products, processes, and best practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of both store and yard to ensure a safe environment for customers and pioneers
- Collaborate effectively with other managers to problem solve, share best practices, and identify product “winners” to bring to all stores
